C. Ashley Johnson
Charles Ashley Johnson, a Partner in Johnson Waring Realty Company, has been an active real estate agent in Sevier county, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, for over 10 years, focusing on commercial real estate and handling a great deal of commercial rental property.
As an Affiliate Broker at Mountain Region Realty, Ashley gained experience in the listing and selling of both residential and commercial real estate. As a part owner of J-Five Family, LLC, he manages commercial and residential investment properties, including a mobile home park, office space, a mini-storage unit and three single-family homes. For nine years, as General Manager of Real estate Closing Department at the law firm of Johnson Murrell and Associates, Ashley utilizes his legal experience for working through any transaction, managing and supervising all activities relating to real estate closings–permits, title search, titles, and the legalities involving any contractual document.
Ashley, married five years, has two young children. Not only was he born and raised in Sevier County, his mother’s family has lived here for generations. During the 1950’s his grandfather was one of the first to establish a rea estate auction business in this county. Ashley has a long history in this county in all phases of real estate and possesses the expertise needed to work through any process or problem incurred. His knowledge of the area, expertise, and his legal training, give Ashley a distinct advantage, and far surpasses any other agent’s abilities.
Holding community service important, Ashley served on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce, the Dr. Robert F. Thomas Foundation, and was Chairman of the Sevier County republican Party. In addition, he worked on the Government Relations Committee through the Chamber and was initiated into the Inaugural Clas of Leadership Tomorrow.
